  • 1.Why order components at Bitfoic?
    Bitfoic offers original product. We provide customers with peer-to-peer order processing services. When you submit RFQ, our professional agents will contact you and provide competitive prices for components in the global market. If you accept our quotation, our agent prompt you to complete your order.
  • 2.How to send components RFQ?
    You can find and start RFQ on the Bitfoic homepage, search results page, and product details page. However, this is recommended strongly if you have built up a BOM (Bill of Materials) or you’ll have to take time to fill out more forms. After sending the RFQ, Our sales will respond to your request by email within 24 hours.
  • Notes:
    1.You can place an order without registering bitfoic. But we strongly recommend that you log in before making a purchase, as you can track your order in real time.
    2.You will receive an order information email in your inbox. (Remember to check your spam folder if you don't hear from us).
    3.Due to the stock and price may fluctuate to a certain extent, the sales manager will reconfirm the order and notify you if there is any update.
  • 3.How does Bitfoic guarantee that component parts are from the original manufacturer or an authorized agent?
    We have a professional and experienced quality control team to conduct strict verification and testing on parts. All suppliers must pass our qualification review to release their products, we pay more attention to the channel and quality of products than any other customers. We strictly implement supplier audits, so that you can purchase with confidence.
  • 4.HHow to find the detailed information of parts? Including original factory information, application and pictures?
    You can use Bitfoic's smart search engine, or filter by memory category, or find it through the Semiconductor, Inc information page.
  • 5.Are price and stock displayed accurate?
    The price and inventory fluctuate frequently and cannot be updated in time. It will be updated regularly within 24 hours. Also, our quotes usually expire after 5 days.
  • 6.What forms payment are accepted?
    Wire transfers, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat, Credit Cards, Western Union, MoneyGram, and Escrow are all accepted.
    Reminder: Orders with some payment forms may require a handling fee.
  • 7.How is the shipping arranged?
    Customers can choose from industry-leading freight carriers, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and Registered Mail. Shipping insurance is also provided. Once your order has been processed for shipment, our sales staff will send you an email with the status of the shipment and a tracking number. Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to display tracking information. Usually, it takes 3-5 days by express delivery, and 25-60 days by registered mail.
  • 8.What is the return and exchange process ?
    By returning the product to Bitfoic, the customer certifies that the product was purchased from Bitfoic. Returns should be in their original packaging and in unused condition (unless defective). ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions. Returns are generally accepted within 90 days of the date the package was delivered. When the customer requests to return the product due to a 'non-original/fake product/quality problem', it is necessary to provide a valid quality report from a third-party authority recognized by our company before returning or exchanging the product All goods will be subject to pre-shipment inspection (PSI), randomly selected from all batches of your order for systematic inspection, and then arranged for shipment. If we deliver a defective part, we will only accept a replacement or return of the item only if all of the following conditions are met:
    (1) If the quantity is insufficient, the wrong goods are sent, and the appearance has obvious defects (damage, rust, etc.), we admit such problems.
    (2) We were notified of the above defects within 90 days of delivery.
    (3) PartNo is unused and only in original unwrapped packaging.
