Overview

The Xilinx Zynq-7000 SoC series utilizes the Xilinx 7 series 28nm technology to achieve important analysis and hardware acceleration, while also highly integrating CPU, DSP, ASSP and mixed signal functions on a single device. Zynq-7010 and Zynq-7020 are SoC devices based on ArTIx-7 FPGA, providing lower power consumption and cost. Zynq-7030, Zynq-7045 and Zynq-7100 are SoC devices based on Kintex-7 FPGA, providing higher performance and I/O rate.
